Policies 

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel within 2 days of your scheduled care you owe the 50% of the quoted amount.
  • This does apply to daily walks as well.

Holidays Policy: 
  • There is a $25 non-refundable holiday booking fee. This is to reserve the dates requested. If $25 is not received your slot will not be reserved. The $25 will be applied to the amount quoted for your services.

Key Policy:
  • . If you plan to use our service more than once we ask you to make us a key. We keep all our client keys in a safe and secure location. All keys are labeled with your information. If you do not want to make us a key there will be a $5 charge each time we need to pick-up or return a key.

  • If you're locked out of your house we can come let you in.
